Song Wang

Dr. Song Wang received his doctoral degree in Finance from University of Central Florida in 2012 and his master's in Applied Economics from University of North Dakota in 2008. Dr. Wang came to Saint Xavier University in fall 2013 and has been teaching International Finance and Introduction to Finance with Excel Applications. Dr. Wang's research focuses on security short-selling, the IPO market, corporate restructuring, etc. Dr. Wang's hobbies include martial arts, scuba diving and foreign languages.

Jennifer D'Antonio

Jennifer D'Antonio completed a doctoral degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biotechnology from North Carolina State University. Currently, she is a chemistry faculty member at the University of South Carolina at Beaufort. She started teaching science to undergraduate students since graduate school and has been teaching for 10 years. Teaching is her passion and getting to learn new cultures interests her.

Dean Simpson

Dean Simpson is a professor and educational consultant from the Boston area where he teaches literature, language and writing courses. He received his Masters (MA) and Doctorate (DML) from Middlebury College, as well as a Masters in Higher Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. His research interests include Vanguard and Symbolist poetry, European Medieval Studies, Feminist Studies, Second Language Acquisition and Innovation in Teaching. He has published numerous poems and articles in literary journals in Spain and Latin America.

Christine Mihal Vasapoli

Christine Mihal Vasapoli received a B.A. in Psychology from Assumption College and an M. A. in Psychology from Boston University in 2008. She has taught at Framingham State University and Bunker Hill Community College since 2008. Courses Taught: General Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Psychology of Personality, Adult Development, Educational Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Human Growth and Development, Group Dynamics, Psychology of Personality, The Family, Psychology of Personal Adjustment. She is an avid skier and can be found skiing on the various mountains in New England with her husband, every weekend during the winter months.

Edward L. D’Antonio

Dr. Edward L. D’Antonio is a tenured Associate Professor of Biochemistry at the University of South Carolina Beaufort that specializes in medicinal chemistry for neglected tropical diseases. Since 2013, he has been teaching a variety of courses including Principles of Biochemistry, General Chemistry I and II, Quantitative Analysis, Forensic Techniques and Data Analysis, and Biological Principles. His research includes a team of undergraduate researchers that utilize a variety of techniques ranging from analytical chemistry, biotechnology, enzymology, structural biology, and synthetic chemistry. Structure-based drug design and screening approaches are his principle techniques in developing new classes inhibitors for enzyme drug-targets found in parasites of trypanosomatid diseases.

Bernard Brooks

Bernard Brooks is a professor in the School of Mathematical Sciences at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Dr. Brooks earned his B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in Biology, Physics and Mathematics in 1991. In 1994 he received his M.Sc. in Biophysics and in 2000 his PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Guelph.

Annie J.Daniel

Dr. Annie J. Daniel is Director of Veterinary Instructional Design and Outcomes Assessment in Office of Student and Academic Affairs and Associate Professor of Veterinary Medical Education. She has almost 20 years of experience as an educator at multiples levels. Her areas of expertise are educational pedagogy, curriculum development, course design, educational research, educational technology, educational policy development and implementation, strategic planning etc.. She has special interests in music, the arts, and sociology.

Tess St. John

Ravi Chinta

Dr. Ravi Chinta is Professor of Management, Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. Ravi has an MBA in Finance and Ph.D. in Strategic Management. He has 41 years of work experience (19 in academia and 22 in industry). Ravi worked in venture-capital industry in the healthcare industry, and in large multi-billion dollar global firms such as IBM; Reed-Elsevier; LexisNexis; and Hillenbrand Industries. Ravi has 87 peer-reviewed publications in journals and he has extensive global business experience in strategic business development.

Zifei Liu

Dr. Zifei Liu is an assistant professor in the department of Biological & Agricultural Engineering at Kansas State University. He received a bachelor's degree in atmospheric science from Nanjing University in China in 1992. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, he worked in Anhui environmental monitoring center from 1992 to 2002, where he participated in numerous environmental projects, collaborating with both industry and government. He then spent one year in Japan as a research trainee, receiving training on environmental management. He earned a master's degree in environmental engineering from University of Cincinnati in 2005 and a doctorate in biological and agricultural engineering from North Carolina State University in 2009. After that, he spent two years as a post doc at Michigan State University, working with animal nutritionists on dietary strategies for mitigating air emissions from livestock operations. In 2012, he joined the department of Biological & Agricultural Engineering at Kansas State University.

Howard Chiang

Howard Chiang is an Associate Professor in the Department of History at the University of California, Davis. He received his Ph.D. in history from Princeton University. He is the author of eleven books including After Eunuchs: Science, Medicine, and the Transformation of Sex in Modern China (Columbia University Press, 2018), which received in the 2019 International of Convention of Asia Scholars Humanities Book Prize.

Neil C. Vaz

Dr. Neil C. Vaz, currently is a full time professor at Seminole States College. He finished his Master’s Degree in Washington, D.C.’s Howard University’s African history in 2009. Dr. Vaz has published books and articles including Introduction to West African Humanities, From Antiquity to 1900, The Origin of African-Descendant Populations in the Americas and “Maroon Emancipationists: Dominica’s Africans and Igbos in the Age of Revolution, 1763-1814.”

Yaya Sissoko

Professor Sissoko has a Ph. D. in Economics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC), USA, a Master in Economics from SIUC, USA, and a Bachelor in Econometrics from the University of Bamako, Mali. He also has a certificate of Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational and Technical Training, Turin, Italy.

Emese Vitalis

Dr. Vitalis was born and raised in Hungary and moved to the US in 2002. She has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Radboud University, Nijmegen, Netherlands, and an M.B.A. from the University of Montana. She has more than fifteen years of experience teaching college and graduate students from a variety of countries, social backgrounds, interests, and ages and five years of experience teaching online. She has also coached and taught adults and managed research groups, volunteers, and committees. She has mentored and guided students on their theses. Her clinical experience includes assessment, testing, and therapy.

Roman Pawlak

Roman Pawlak is an Associate Professor in East Carolina University, Greenville. He received his Doctor of Philosophy in Nutrition and Food Systems from University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg.

Talha Harcar

Dr. Harcar is a tenured Full Professor and Business Program Coordinator at Penn State University, Beaver Campus, who received his Ph.D and MS in Istanbul and MBA at University of Massachusetts. His teaching focuses on Business, Marketing, Business Statistics and Management Information System courses. He previously has taught at several International institutions in different countries. His used to work in Bank of Boston, Met Life Insurance and Ontario New Home Warranty Program Canada. Dr Harcar has published over 35 articles in different international and national journals.

Zeyu Zhang

Dr. Zhang is an associate professor of Economics at Huazhong Agricultural University. He obtained his Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is making great progress in economics research and currently working on "in-kind" transfer program research, and is teaching National Accounting, Intermediate Macroeconomics, Advanced Econometrics, and Environmental Economics. He was teaching Intermediate Microeconomics, China’s Economy, and Health Economics for undergraduate students in SMCM as well.

Tiffany Traylor

Dr. Tiffany Traylor is a professor of Seminole State College, teaching Philosophy, Ethics, and African American Humanities. She’s also an educator and philosopher with a M.A. in Community Counseling and a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Humanities. Throughout her career, she has led a variety of cultural, educational, and social justice oriented program initiatives in Chicago, Baltimore, New York, and as of a year ago brought her passion to the Orlando area, and she has self-published 3 books of poetry over the last decade.

Tracy Harbin

Professor Tracy Harbin is a full professor of political science at Seminole State College of Florida. She has been teaching college courses full time for over 13 years in the areas of politics, international relations, conflict resolution, and leadership. She is the recipient of the 2020 Distinguished Honors Faculty Award and the 2017 Pathfinder Award recipient for her work in promoting teaching and learning. She leads international student study trips and has visited Belgium, Germany, Ireland, and Cambodia doing that work.

Joseph Wu

Joseph Wu, PhD is Associate Professor in Department of Chemistry. Dr. Wu received his Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Auburn University in Alabama and his bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technology University in Michigan U.S.A. He is very passionate about teaching and research. Over the years, he has obtained many external funding in developing novel materials for 3D printing, chemical/biological sensing, and solar cells. He has published numerous manuscripts in journals and has contributed his expertise in material science.

David Morton

David Morton is an instructor in American History and Ph.D. Candidate in Texts and Technology at the University of Central Florida. He was a 2016-17 Fulbright Scholar, where he conducted research on American distributors in Belgium during the interwar period at Ghent University’s Centre for Cinema and Media Studies (CIMS). He is program director for the Flickering Landscapes Conference Series and recently completed a research study on the history of West Bengali Cinema, titledHeroes in the Half Shades: Explorations Into West Bengal Cinema.

Frederick Glynn Hayes

Dr. Frenderick Glynn Hayes is a creative science educator with 20 years of teaching experience.He gain his PhD in Geosciences from University of Nebraska，and Master in Geology from University of Florida. Dr. Hayes has also been a natural scientist, specifically a paleontologist for 25 years, investigating the Earth’s history, the history and development of Life on Earth, and Earth’s place in the Universe.
