Course Description
This is the first undergraduate course in Finance.The subjects taught in this course are generally divided into two areas:(1)Corporate Finance and (2)Investment.Corporate finance relates to the financial health of corporation and the decisions of managers to acquire long-term assets, adjust capital structure,estimates project risks and distribute firm's earnings.Investments relate to decisions concerning stocks and bonds and other securities.In particular,you will learn to find the proper values of individual securities and how to best combine different securities into a portfolio.
