Course Description
Surveys file organization structures,data models,database design and database security.Applies file and database management systems to problems found in business organizations.Students become proficient at modeling databases at a conceptual and physical level of design and are able to develop database schemas that enforce data integrity.Students become knowledgeable in the creation, altering and manipulation of tables,indexes and views using relational algebra and SQL
